The Staff Accountant is responsible for recording financial transactions according to GAAP and managing monthly invoicing and cash payments. They also handle journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support external audits and tax compliance.
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a comparable field and knowledge of GAAP are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with General Ledger functions are essential, while NetSuite experience is preferred.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP accounting. In addition, this position will also have exposure to all other elements of the accounting function, such as AP, GL, Treasury, & AR. This is a hybrid position with occasional in office days required at our Brentwood, TN office.
