The Regulatory Affairs Officer monitors the US regulatory environment and SEC proposals to assess strategic impacts on the firm. They are responsible for drafting compliance policies, managing internal alerts, and collaborating with internal groups to ensure readiness for new regulations.
Candidates need at least 7 years of legal or compliance experience, including 5+ years in the financial industry. A background in general fixed-income and the ability to interpret complex regulatory proposals are essential.

The Regulatory Affairs Officer will help ensure compliance with fast-changing US rules and regulations, including advising on potential strategic impact and coordinating internal groups to implement changes and ensure proper internal controls. We rely on building strong relationships with other internal teams, and value a diplomatic approach to addressing legal issues and compliance.
What will help you be successful in this role
A minimum of 7 plus years of legal or compliance experience

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $128,000 – $150,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
