The Business Immigration Supervisor will oversee junior caseworkers, providing training, mentoring, and performance management while ensuring accurate and timely case output. They will also serve as a key liaison for clients, managing complex employment-based immigration cases and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of business immigration experience and prior supervisory or managerial experience. A bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or paralegal certification is preferred, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in case management systems.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is:
$96,000.00 - $114,000.00You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans.
