El rol de “Agente de Seguridad”
El Agente de Seguridad es responsable de llevar a cabo las acciones y procedimientos pertinentes para salvaguardar a huéspedes, clientes, proveedores y empleados; así como sus pertencias y el resguardo de la propiedad. Supervisa en general todas las áreas del hotel, de acuerdo a las necesidades operativas diarias, con el fin de reducir riesgos en la propiedad.
Responsabilidades del puesto
Seguimiento de procesos de seguridad internos
Apoyo a investigaciones internas.
Gestión de inspecciones aleatorias.
Asistencia general a clientes y colaboradores.
Supervisión de todas las áreas en el hotel, de acuerdo a las necesidades operativas, con el fin de reducir riesgos en la propiedad.
