Funciones Generales:
El Steward es el encargado de lavar, transportar y almacenar vajilla y cubiertos de los sectores de Alimentos y Bebidas del Hotel. Colaborará con tareas de limpieza de los sectores de Alimentos y Bebidas.
Requisitos:
Experiencia:
Experiencia requerida en el puesto mínimo de 6 meses
Experiencia en hotelería de lujo (Deseable)
Habilidades:
Comprender y familiarizarse con los estándares de calidad y estándares de servicio del hotel
Habilidad para hablar, escribir y leer el idioma Español.
Máximo nivel de integridad y transparencia
Aplicar un enfoque ético al resultado de las situaciones.
Habilidades razonables para resolver problemas, tomar decisiones y resolver conflictos
Trabajar de manera segura, prudente y organizada
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales:
Contribuir a nuestro entorno con una actitud positiva y amistosa.
Demostrar conocimiento en F & B.
Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo para asegurar el más alto nivel de servicio personalizado.
Se encarga del “Back” de la cocina lavando los platos, vasos, cubiertos, los utensilios de cocina en los que incluye ollas, sartenes, cacerolas, además de cocinas, freidoras, neveras etc.
Cumplir con las Reglas de Trabajo y Normas de Conducta según Four Seasons.
Trabajar armónica y profesionalmente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores de manera respetuosa sin faltar a nuestra "regla de oro".
Cumplir los estándares de la compañía y secuencia de servicio.
Al final de la jornada limpiar pisos, mesones y dejar la cocina impecable después de todos los turnos.
