PEOPLE & CULTURE COORDINATOR
The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The People & Culture Coordinator supports the employee experience by fostering a culture of care and providing administrative and operational support for Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities. This role serves as a key resource for employees, applicants, and vendors, delivering professional, efficient service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and vendors, providing professional support while maintaining confidentiality and handling People & Culture inquiries
Provide administrative support by maintaining employee records, managing department communications, and coordinating daily office operations
Support employee communications through bulletin boards, digital platforms, and other engagement channels
Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including background checks, employment documentation, Workday transactions, and new hire processing
Coordinate employee recognition, engagement programs, and special events to promote a positive workplace culture

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
Hawaii Driver’s License is required for this role to be able to drive between resort locations.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy skills, with proficiency in computer systems and technology required to support daily operations.
