The trainee will handle customer service, process sales, and manage stock within a Reece branch. They are also responsible for completing the requirements of a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
Applicants must be Year 10 or 11 students with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Availability for Saturdays and approximately one and a half days per week is required.

Across all levels of the Reece Group network, our staff continuously aim to provide friendly and expert customer service to ensure that they are the best in the business.
Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, we are looking for students to undertake School–based Traineeships where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements e.g. workbooks and on the job training and assessments. Year 10 students can apply all year round and Year 11 students can apply from January until the end of term 2.
This position is based at Irrigation & Pools Seaford.
Key responsibilities include:

Answering the phone to take messages and orders
Communicating with customers and staff
Building product knowledge
Providing follow up to customers
Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard.
