Perform scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, and inspections on heavy haul locomotives. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Requires a trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, Heavy Duty Fitter, or Diesel Mechanic with at least 5 years of experience. Must hold a High Risk Work Licence with LF and DG endorsements and pass a Rail Category 2 Medical.
