Fortegra is seeking a motivated Finance Transformation and Reporting Analyst to support enterprise-level financial reporting, data accuracy, and process improvement initiatives. This role is well suited for an early-career finance or accounting professional, including candidates with one to two years of public accounting experience, who is eager to learn how financial data, reporting processes, and cross-functional business teams work together across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, analytics, or related field.
1–3 years in financial reporting, FP&A, public accounting, or finance transformation.
Insurance industry experience and Korean language skills are a plus.
CPA eligibility, CPA exam progress, or interest in pursuing CPA certification preferred.
Primary Job Functions:
Assist with the preparation of quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and the parent company.
Support reporting activities involving GAAP, Statutory, IFRS, and K-ICS frameworks, with guidance from Finance and Accounting leadership.
Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Improve reporting processes, automate recurring deliverables, and strengthen financial controls.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Premium Operations, and Actuarial teams to meet reporting needs.
Document reporting processes, data definitions, and validation rules; support audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize data, identify issues, and solve problems with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel required; experience with Oracle Financials, financial datasets, Power BI, Oracle OAC, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
