Requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 4 years in financial services and a focus on custom software delivery. Preferred candidates possess deep expertise in Mortgage Warehouse Lending workflows and mortgage technology platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, communication, and system-design skills, with the ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for custom-developed software applications.
This role requires more than experience configuring or administering off-the-shelf financial systems. We are looking for someone who has worked directly with product and engineering teams to analyze, define, validate, and deliver custom application functionality.
The ideal candidate should also have strong knowledge of mortgage technology, with preferred experience in Mortgage Warehouse Lending.

Important Experience Requirement
This position requires meaningful experience analyzing and supporting custom-developed business applications. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to configuring, administering, or customizing off-the-shelf financial software products may not meet the expectations of this role unless they can demonstrate direct involvement in custom software delivery, system analysis, requirements definition, and collaboration with software engineering teams.
We are specifically looking for a candidate who can help define how a system should work, not only how to configure an existing packaged product.
