Food Export is looking for a Claims & Expense Associate to join our team! This role is a unique blend of claims processing, program administration, and participant support. You'll play an important role in helping U.S. food and agricultural companies access funding and programs that support their growth in international markets.
No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be reviewing reimbursement documentation and verifying claim submissions, while the next you're helping qualify program participants, tracking activities, or supporting program operations behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process reimbursement claims and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with program participants to obtain information and answer questions.
- Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with participant qualification activities, including company research and document review.
- Support administration of program proposals and related program activities.
- Track program participation and activity engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to keep programs running smoothly.

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of professional, internship, administrative, customer service, finance, or program support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience reviewing documents, managing data, or supporting administrative processes is a plus.
