The Funding Administrator is responsible for calculating mortgage payouts, preparing funding documentation, and managing real estate files within established service standards. They also liaise with lenders and clients to verify financial information and ensure all funding transactions comply with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Law Clerk studies. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment are required.

The ideal candidate will be a client focused, highly professional self-starter with demonstrated experience in a similar function. He/she will also have a positive attitude with a high level of quality workmanship and attention to detail.
