The Director of Data Analytics will lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions to drive data-driven decision-making. They will partner with business and technology leaders to establish scalable analytics capabilities and ensure the delivery of actionable insights across the organization.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressive experience in analytics or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in data visualization, reporting standards, and cross-functional collaboration is required to succeed in this role.

The Director of Data Analytics is a strategic IT leadership role responsible for enabling business insight, operational visibility, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This leader will oversee enterprise reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and business intelligence capabilities that transform governed enterprise data into meaningful and actionable information for business and operational stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT, the Director will partner closely with business leaders and technology teams to establish scalable and trusted analytics capabilities aligned with organizational priorities and operational objectives. This role is responsible for driving adoption of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions while ensuring consistent, understandable, and business-aligned delivery of insights across the organization.
The Director of Data Analytics will partner closely with the Director of Enterprise Data Platform to ensure enterprise reporting and analytics solutions are built upon governed, certified, and scalable enterprise data assets and services.
