Provide daily technical support, installation, and maintenance of customer equipment on-site in Austin, Texas. Ensure engineering designs are followed and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive operational support.
Requires 5-7 years of experience in semiconductor process equipment maintenance and client-facing roles. An Associate degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience, is required.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for providing daily ongoing support of customer equipment, inspecting and installing assemblies and components, inspecting equipment and conducting research on site in Austin, Texas in order to solve problems quickly and report on project status. FSE’s will ensure that everything works smoothly and engineering designs are being followed. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by anticipating and meeting the customer’s operational needs and commitments.
