Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5 years of manufacturing experience, with 3-5 years of experience in ASME 15.5 GD&T. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement are essential.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for driving the execution of quality goals and objectives. Proactively drives actions to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality. Works cross-functionally to identify causes of potential product/process failures and drive corrective and preventative actions internally and/or with suppliers as needed. Uses sound audit techniques and statistical tools to identify high leverage continuous improvement projects to elevate the company Quality delivery to our customers.
