Pay range $21 to $28/hr. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic considerations. Incentive compensation and benefits may also be available.
As an Administrative Assistant in the exciting world of Semiconductor Manufacturing, you will multi-task and work with cross-functional groups every day, as part of a diverse, skilled, and goal-driven team.
In this role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to foster relationships with all levels of the organization, coordinate department resources, and maintain and improve office efficiency. You will create and distribute all levels of internal site communication in support of the intranet, event planning, site collaboration, and the virtual environment. You will also be a go-to person to assist with composing replies for external correspondence. A keen eye for detail is also needed, as the successful candidate will also be tasked with preparing reports and agendas that may require compiling and formatting data from multiple sources.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess excellent organization, customer service and teamwork skills
• Have effective communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Advanced level of knowledge and experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated discretion and integrity to deal with highly confidential information
• Attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to occasionally meet varying schedule needs
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in global, semiconductor company
• Experience providing administrative support in a professional work environment
