The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the team to provide outstanding customer service and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently. They must tackle operational problems, increase profits, and provide mentorship to team members.
Candidates should be motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not strictly required.

We are looking for someone who takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!
