The Shift Leader is responsible for managing restaurant operations, increasing profits, and providing outstanding customer service. They must also mentor team members and foster a supportive, inclusive work environment.
Candidates should be motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not strictly required.

We are looking for someone who takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team. If you have prior restaurant experience, you may qualify!
