The role involves managing the day-to-day process for scaling up battery electrolyte materials from R&D to pilot scale. It also requires facilitating technology transfer to engineering teams and developing new products.
Requires a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in high-purity material synthesis and scale-up equipment. Proficiency in air-moisture sensitive chemistry and hazardous material safety is essential.

The Role
A hands-on role at the interface of synthetic inorganic chemistry and process scale-up. You'll take ownership of the day-today process for the scale-up of battery electrolyte materials and play a critical role in technology transfer to engineering and the development of new products.
