Develop and implement talent and workforce initiatives to attract and retain professionals in the Flint & Genesee region. This includes managing business training programs, coordinating intern placements, and executing regional talent attraction campaigns.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

The primary function of this role includes the development and implementation of talent and workforce development initiatives in alignment with the goals of Flint & Genesee Group’s Education & Talent division. Such initiatives include developing and supporting programming to attract, retain, and develop talent in Flint & Genesee. These initiatives sit at the intersection between lifestyle and career in Flint & Genesee and rely heavily on strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
