The accountant will manage financial procedures for the Serbian entity, including month-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. They will also oversee statutory audits, ensure tax compliance, and drive process automation initiatives.
Candidates must hold a recognized accounting qualification like ACA, CIMA, or ACCA with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. Proficiency in IFRS and local GAAPs is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
Fivetran is seeking an exceptional Sr. International Accountant, to join its fast growing Accounting team. This role will be a significant contributor to the success of the accounting department. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, proficiency in accounting systems, and strong motivation to contribute to the achievement of efficient financial close and reporting processes. You pay great attention to detail, deliver results under deadlines and work effectively cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
