The Deal Desk Analyst facilitates the closure of complex Enterprise deals by collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. They manage quoting, contracting workflows, and ensure compliance with revenue recognition and business policies.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of Deal Desk experience within the SaaS/B2B industry. Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad, along with a strong understanding of revenue recognition requirements, is required.

About the Role
The Deal Desk Specialist APAC for commercial and enterprise works cross functionally as part of the global Deal Desk team, collaborating with Sales, Finance and Legal, to ensure efficient quoting, contracting, document review and accuracy to increase deal velocity and processing in Fivetran systems. The right person has a strong background in supporting a high volume as well as a complex contracting sales organization and excellent customer service skills. Teamwork, collaboration and experience with Enterprise business are critical to the success of the right candidate.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Sydney office . Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
