The Business Development Representative will identify key decision-makers within commercial accounts to generate meetings and drive pipeline momentum. They will collaborate cross-functionally with account executives and marketing to exceed revenue goals while utilizing consultative sales processes.
Candidates should have experience in cold calling and a high-level understanding of the enterprise or commercial data space. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with previous BDR or SDR experience considered a bonus.

About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
The New Business BDR at Fivetran is a key strategic position housed within the GTM Sales Org.
The role focuses on strategically identifying key decision makers from key commercial accounts and generating meetings across all levels the APAC region.
With a focus on breaking into named new business accounts, the BDR team contributes to hitting new logo acquisition targets, generating crucial pipeline momentum for Fivetran’s success.
This base + uncapped commission New Business BDR position offers a clear growth path and competitive total compensation.
This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office supporting the ANZ region. We operate on a hybrid work model that balances remote flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration, Fivetranners go into the office two days each week to connect, align, and build together.
