Job Overview

As a Partner Manager (IC2), you commercially own a portfolio of bank partnerships. You are high energy, low ego, and driven to act as the "CEO" of your assigned accounts. Once Account Executives land a bank partner, you take ownership of driving client onboarding, accelerating solution adoption, and securing renewals and upsells.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Ownership & Adoption: Autonomously manage full commercial responsibility (upsell, cross-sell, renewal) for assigned portfolios. Drive business client onboarding and usage post-land.
• Proactive Execution: Identify adoption triggers, construct data-driven business cases, and execute without waiting for top-down direction.
• Strategic & Tactical Balance: Master operational details while co-developing and executing Strategic Account Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Internal Quarterbacking: Coordinate internal teams (Solutions, Partner Success, Product, Legal) to solve bank challenges efficiently.

Competency & Experience Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS account management or commercial banking / payments .
• Operating Level: Consistently demonstrating IC3-level initiative and strategic thinking.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial treasury management, payment workflows, and financial tech stacks.

Compensation Package

FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $88,280-$103,730 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.
