The Personal Banker is responsible for assisting customers with daily financial transactions and providing personalized recommendations to support their financial well-being. They must also engage in proactive outreach to deepen customer relationships while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Candidates are required to have a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree and retail banking experience preferred. Additionally, the role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the NMLS and the ability to pass background and credit investigations.
