The Personal Banker is responsible for welcoming customers, processing financial transactions, and providing personalized recommendations to improve customers' financial well-being. They are also tasked with deepening customer relationships through outreach and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and laws.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree and retail banking experience preferred. The ideal candidate is an outgoing team player who is bilingual in Spanish and possesses unrestricted work authorization.
