The representative is responsible for managing account collections, facilitating payments from clients, and providing insights into A/R aging. They must handle 100-120 calls daily and assist with the repossession and legal processes.
Candidates need 2-3 years of experience in collections, call centers, or accounts receivable, preferably within subprime or consumer lending. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
