Serve as the primary point of contact for members at the 37th Street branch to help them open accounts and access loans. Provide financial guidance and support members in reaching their financial goals through credit union products.
Seeking a member-focused individual with strong communication skills and technical adaptability. No prior financial experience is required as full training is provided.
Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt

As a Member Account Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of First Alliance Credit Union in our 37th Street branch—helping members open accounts, access loans, and reach their financial goals. Your ability to serve members ensures everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
