The Shop Foreman leads daily operations of the fire apparatus service department, supervising technicians and managing workflow to ensure high-quality repairs. They coordinate between service management, parts, and customers while maintaining safety standards and shop efficiency.
Candidates need previous experience as a lead technician or foreman in heavy-duty truck or fire apparatus repair with strong diagnostic skills. EVT or ASE certifications and a CDL license are preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman to lead daily operations in our fire apparatus service department. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage workflow, support technicians, maintain quality standards, and help drive shop efficiency.
Position Summary
The Shop Foreman oversees the day-to-day activities of the service shop, ensuring repairs, maintenance, refurbishments, and inspections are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This individual serves as the technical and operational leader for shop technicians while coordinating closely with service management, parts, and customers.
