Support the controlling of income and expenses for existing assets and assist in the commercial management of SPVs. Develop internal reporting tools, dashboards, and conduct market research and benchmark analyses for the management board.
Candidates should be students in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a strong interest in tangible asset investments are required.
