Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation of the utility bill management platform. Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing client relationships, ensuring billing accuracy and delivering strategic value.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in utility bill management or energy services. Must possess strong project management skills and experience in client-facing relationship management.
