Manage a portfolio of merchants to ensure value realization from payment solutions through proactive guidance and strategic relationship management. Oversee the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and identifying growth opportunities to increase lifetime value.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in FinTech. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to integrate AI tools into their workflow.
