Responsible for the administration and accounting of Collective Investment Institutions, including daily Net Asset Value calculations and reporting. Manages operational tasks for third-party funds, such as subscriptions, redemptions, and coordination with depositaries and distributors.
Requires a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field with 2-3 years of experience in investment services or financial entities. Proficiency in office tools is required, with programming and database knowledge being highly valued.
Administración y contabilidad de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva, colaborando en el proceso de cálculo diario de su Valor Liquidativo, gestión de partícipes y elaboración de reporting, así como en la gestión operativa y administrativa de fondos de terceros, realizando el seguimiento de suscripciones, reembolsos y traspasos, la conciliación de posiciones y efectivo, la relación operativa con gestoras, entidades depositarias y plataformas de distribución, y el control y resolución de incidencias derivadas de la operativa diaria.

Estudios requeridos: Grado/Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar.
Idiomas: Se valorarán conocimientos de inglés.
Otros: Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas, valorándose conocimientos de programación y manejo de bases de datos. Persona proactiva, con iniciativa, capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle e ilusión por trabajar en equipo.
Experiencia: Se requiere una experiencia de 2-3 años en empresas de servicios de inversión, sociedades gestoras, entidades financieras, empresas de auditoría/consultoría o asesoría, valorándose especialmente la experiencia en Back Office de fondos de inversión y en la operativa y administración de fondos de terceros.
