  • Apply your diligent and detail-oriented mind to the timely and accurate identification and representation of relevant legal matters in our case database
    • Follow defined processes for ensuring all cases are identified that would relevant in connection with our domestic claim filing and antitrust products
    • Ensure no cases are missed – your team should be the first-to-know of new cases and new developments and settlements in existing cases
  • Identify potential improvements to our case research processes and work with others to make them happen
    • Ensure our case research process is comprehensive yet efficient, putting quality assurance and control measures in place when appropriate
    • Identify opportunities to increase automation in our case, client, and claim tracking systems
    • Make sure your work is auditable – not only should we have an excellent process, we should be able to prove we followed it!
  • Analyze key case data by demonstrating the application of standard models and consistent decision-making
    • Extract and interpret case data in various legal documents
    • Apply our standard analysis models to data to properly set up our own case processing for success

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

  • Experienced in conducting (mostly online) research (exposure to legal research is a plus!);

  • Can see the forest for the trees, making connections to the bigger picture;
  • A fast learner, capable of making a quick impact on a team;
  • Able to adhere to established processes without losing the creative spark required to fine tune those processes and identify alternative ways of accomplishing objectives;
  • Comfortable with the basics of Excel, SQL, and database concepts;
  • Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth; and
  • Of course, looking to join a growing company with a vibrant, entrepreneurial culture, dedicated to being the top provider in the class action recovery space.
