Support the acquisition and disposition of core, development, and value-add real estate investments in major Canadian cities. Develop financial and valuation models to inform business cases for land acquisitions and project repositioning.
Requires a university degree in architecture, planning, real estate development, or business/finance with at least 3 years of varied real estate experience. Must possess strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office for professional reporting and presentations.
