Manage borrower communication and loan documentation from application through closing. Coordinate with Realtors, title companies, and underwriting to ensure timely closings.
Requires over 3 years of continuous, recent experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant. Must be proficient in loan origination software and reside within driving distance of Baltimore City.
