The role involves performing general accounts functions, including processing premium payments, refunds, and direct debits. Additionally, the administrator will assist with month-end duties and resolve account queries for internal and external customers.
Candidates must have a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification and 1-3 years of experience in a busy office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is required to perform the necessary activities in the Central Operations area at FBD Head Office assisting in a wide range of general accounts functions.

1-3 years’ experience in a busy office environment or similar role is essential.
This role is being offered on a fixed term contract.
This role sits within Pay Band A of FBD’s General Functions' pay band.
