This is an entry-level, full-time, hybrid position based in our Milwaukee office

As a Client Advisor, you'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and our attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts highly preferred
Minimum 1 year of client or customer service experience required
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges
Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred
