Ensure the timely and accurate movement of air freight and information while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include data entry, tracking shipments, billing, and maintaining relationships with airlines and trucking companies.
Requires a college or university degree and 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required, with IATA certification preferred.
