The Kitchen Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen and food preparation areas. This includes operating commercial dishwashing equipment, managing waste disposal, and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen environment is desirable, along with a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. Candidates must be physically fit, able to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays, and possess a valid driver's license.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the culinary team by ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant working environment while adhering to food safety regulations and resort standards.
