The Senior Reliability Engineer will lead reliability improvement initiatives to increase asset availability and reduce downtime at the Northparkes Operations. They will also drive root cause analysis programs and develop maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and lifecycle value.
Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and possess demonstrated reliability engineering experience in mining or heavy industry. Strong capabilities in asset strategy, defect elimination, and technical team leadership are required.

Reliability is at the heart of every safe, productive and efficient mining operation. That's why we have an opportunity for a Senior Reliability Engineer at Northparkes Operations. This is a chance to influence site wide asset performance, lead reliability improvement initiatives and help shape the long-term maintenance strategies that support one of Australia's premier gold operations.
Working a family friendly 5:2/4:3 residential roster, you'll enjoy genuine work life balance while playing a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing operational risk and delivering long-term value across the operation. You'll work closely with maintenance, operations and technical teams to drive measurable improvements that keep our assets performing at their best.
