The Business Analyst will identify and optimize finance and commercial business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across global mining assets. Key duties include documenting workflows, implementing new technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of improved procedures.
Candidates should hold a relevant degree in finance, business, IT, or project management and possess hands-on experience in finance process transformation. Proficiency in navigating complex ERP environments and the ability to switch between Agile and Waterfall methodologies are required.

Evolution Mining is maturing its finance and commercial functions across the group. We have four mining assets in Australia and one in Canada. Across these mining assets, the finance & commercial functions work in different ways and use disparate systems and processes. The finance & commercial function vision is to be trusted partners providing excellent service and support, enabling the business to create value and manage risk.
The Business Analyst will assist the Improvements Lead with the delivery of interrelated projects that will support maturing the capability, efficiency and effectiveness of the finance team. This role is responsible for identifying areas of improvement in Evolution’s current business processes.
