Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying with proven experience delivering complex high-rise projects. Must have strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of Irish construction legislation and BCAR.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments from pre-construction through to completion. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving programme, commercial performance, quality and safety while leading a multidisciplinary project team and building strong relationships with consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the coordination and execution of complex developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.
Working closely with the Development, Commercial and Design teams, you will lead project delivery while creating a collaborative, high-performing culture across the wider project team.
Project Leadership
Lead the delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments through all project phases.
Develop and execute project strategies aligned with programme, commercial and business objectives.
Monitor project performance and proactively manage programme, risk and quality.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 8 direct staff.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.
Ensure appropriate resource planning across all stages of project delivery.
Commercial & Programme Management
Work alongside our direct commercial team to manage budgets, procurement and project financial performance.
Monitor project programmes, identify risks and implement recovery strategies where required.
Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or design intent.
Design & Construction
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure buildability, statutory compliance and effective design integration.
Oversee quality assurance, commissioning and successful project handover.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong working relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors, local authorities and statutory bodies.
Chair project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Act as the key point of contact throughout project delivery.
Health, Safety & Governance
Champion a proactive safety culture across all projects.
Ensure compliance with Irish legislation, Building Regulations and BCAR requirements.
Maintain robust governance, reporting and risk management processes.

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including approximately 8 direct staff.
Strong commercial, contractual and programme management experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
Thorough understanding of Irish construction legislation, Building Regulations and BCAR.
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
Bring strong leadership capability, sound technical knowledge and the ability to build trusted relationships while delivering complex projects to the highest standards.
