The Service Center Clerk I is responsible for managing high-volume telephone calls, entering delivery manifest data, and coordinating freight delivery schedules. They also perform document imaging and scanning while ensuring accurate distribution of bills of lading.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong customer service, clerical skills, and the ability to lift at least 20 lbs are required for this role.
