The Collections Associate is responsible for recovering delinquent loan accounts through negotiation, skip tracing, and home visits. They also manage account restructuring and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all collection activities.
The role requires experience in managing delinquent accounts and performing skip tracing to locate non-responsive clients. Candidates must be capable of conducting field visits and negotiating payment terms to resolve outstanding debts.
