Drive Ericsson radio product industrialization and production ramp-up by acting as the primary interface with external OSAT/ASE manufacturing partners. Manage project timelines, coordinate manufacturing readiness, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Manufacturing Engineering with a strong background in NPI and electronics manufacturing. Candidates must possess proven project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional global teams.
We are looking for an experienced NPI Project Manager to drive Ericsson radio product industrialization and production ramp-up activities with external manufacturing partners.
In this role, you will act as the key interface between Ericsson and OSAT/ASE manufacturing partners during NPI execution. You will be responsible for aligning project timelines, coordinating manufacturing readiness, managing risks, and ensuring successful product introduction from engineering build to mass production.
You will work closely with Design Engineering, Production Engineering, Test Engineering, Design Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Product Management and external manufacturing partners to secure on-time delivery, product quality, cost targets and production readiness.
