The LPN provides medical services in an outpatient clinic, including administering injections and managing medication inventory. They collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to handle prescription refills, lab reports, and client wellness education.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in New York State. Experience in community health or providing care to adults with severe mental illnesses is preferred.

Our OMH Adult Outpatient Clinic provides a multi-disciplinary team of licensed independent practitioners and clinicians to provide services for adults experiencing co-occurring symptoms and disorders. This collaborative approach to care, integrating medication with therapy, ensures the best outcomes for clients. In addition to helping individuals reduce symptoms, the focus of treatment is on developing self-awareness and identifying personal goals and strategies to achieve those goals. Our clinic uses evidence-based best practices in all treatment modalities, and takes a holistic approach to the individual.
Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide medical services to clients in the Outpatient Clinic.
This is a 20 hour a week part-time weekday position
