💼 About The Role
As an SDR at EngageTech, you’ll sit at the top of the sales funnel, helping drive new business opportunities for our clients. You’ll learn how to start conversations with business leaders, build confidence in a fast-paced environment, and grow through hands-on coaching and feedback.
No previous sales experience is required. Our world-class 3-month training academy equips you with everything you need to succeed and start earning commission from day one. We focus instead on hiring ambitious, coachable individuals with a passion for learning and growing.

🔎What You’ll Be Doing
Driving new business conversations through consistent outbound prospecting, primarily through high-volume cold calling
Learning how to communicate with business leaders across a wide range of industries, from startups to global companies
Conducting discovery conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and priorities
Staying organized and managing outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment
Collaborating closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress
Representing EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers
