Develop and execute the global marketing and communications strategy to position the company as a leader in impact investing. Manage brand identity, digital presence, PR activities, and the production of high-quality investor-facing content and sustainability reports.
Requires 6-10 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within financial services or sustainable finance. A higher education degree in Marketing, Design, or Linguistics is required, along with proficiency in Adobe programs, PowerPoint, and WordPress.

Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be based in Zurich and is responsible for developing and executing EQ’s marketing and communications strategy across all channels. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with senior management, portfolio managers, business development teams, and external partners.
The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning Enabling Qapital as a leading thought leader in impact investing and financial inclusion while ensuring a consistent, professional, and compelling global brand presence.
