Support Mortgage Loan Officers by preparing loan files, collecting borrower documentation, and managing the loan pipeline. The role involves coordinating third-party services and guiding clients through the mortgage process.
Requires a high school diploma and strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in mortgages or with Encompass software is preferred but not required.

This position can be hybrid or remote depending on location of the candidate.
